- Mirrors must be inspected on receipt, in front of the courier
- Any damaged mirrors as well as the packaging and box must be photographed and the photos, together with a short description of the problem and a photo of the waybill, must be emailed to sales@figroup.co.za within 2 days of receipt of the mirror
- Any mirrors returned in terms of the Consumer Protection Act must be returned unaltered and undamaged in its original packaging for a refund to be considered. Should a refund be appropriate, an amount to cover the original courier cost will be deducted from any refund.
